Hi-Tech Students Get Hi-Tech Building:

Griffin Hall, the new $55 million-dollar home of Northern Kentucky University’s College of Informatics, will utilize state-of-the-art technology to collect and monitor information from building systems such as the electrical, mechanical, and security systems.

This information will be used to increase energy efficiency and help the building qualified for LEED Silver status. The project is managed by Turner Construction and is expected to be complete in the fall of 2011.
